How do I search or filter the email inbox in agentOS?
Use the filters in the inbox to adjust your view by assigned staff member, or use the in-grid search box to find emails by keyword or name. Clearing the Assigned Staff filter lets you see all staff emails across the branch.
Sometimes you may need to view emails in the inbox that are not assigned to you — for example, to cover for a colleague or review branch-wide correspondence. The inbox includes filters that allow you to adjust your view, and these can be saved as your default or changed on an ad hoc basis.
Viewing all staff emails
By default, the inbox may be filtered to show only your own emails. To view all staff emails, clear your name from the Assigned Staff filter at the top of the page until it displays as "Assigned Staff" with no name selected. This will show all emails across the branch.
Searching within the inbox
You can search for specific emails by keyword or name using the in-grid search box. This is found within the data grid, next to the Export to Excel and Export to PDF buttons.
Type the relevant keyword or name into the search box to filter the results shown on screen.
Adjusting the Show filter
The Show filter at the top of the inbox allows you to choose which item types are displayed — for example, Messages, Appointments, and Reminders are selected by default. You can add or remove types from this filter to narrow or broaden your view.
