How do I search and filter the email inbox in agentOS?

Use the Assigned Staff filter at the top of the inbox to view all staff emails, and the in-grid Search box to search by keyword, name, or other criteria within the results.

Viewing emails not assigned to you

By default, the inbox may only show items assigned to you. To view emails assigned to other staff members:

  1. Open your inbox by clicking Inbox in the top navigation.
  2. At the top of the inbox screen, locate the Assigned Staff filter.
  3. Clear your name from this filter until the field displays Assigned Staff (blank/unfiltered).

This will show you all staff emails across your branch or team.

You can also save this view as your default by adjusting your filter settings so they remain that way going forward, or simply adjust them as and when needed.

Searching within the inbox

To search for a specific email by keyword, name, or other detail:

  1. Locate the Search box within the data grid — this is found next to the Export to Excel and Export to PDF buttons.
  2. Type your search term into the box.

The results will filter to show only matching items.

Adjusting what is displayed

The Show filters at the top of the inbox allow you to control which types of items are displayed. By default, Messages, Appointments, and Reminders are all selected. You can add or remove these to customise your view.
