How do I run the ROPL-01 tax report for landlords?

The ROPL-01 report in agentOS produces a summary of all rent received per landlord for a tax year, which can be exported and sent to HMRC.

The ROPL-01 report gives you a complete breakdown of rent received per landlord across a tax year. This is used to provide landlords with a rent summary and to submit Non-Resident Landlord (NRL) returns to HMRC where applicable.

To access the report:

  1. Go to the Accounts tab
  2. Select Tax Reports
  3. Click ROPL-01 Report

The report will generate a summary of rent received per landlord for the period selected. You can export this for use in HMRC submissions or to share with individual landlords.
