How do I Resolve and troubleshoot login issues in agentOS?

Most login issues in agentOS can be resolved by checking the username format, resetting the password, or re-enabling a disabled staff account. A video guide covering the most common login problems is available below.

Re-enabling a Disabled Staff Account

If a staff member is unable to log in and cannot be found in the Staff list, their account may have been disabled. To locate and re-enable it:

  1. Go to the person icon in the top right-hand corner > Settings > Staff.
  2. On the Staff list screen, toggle Show Disabled to Yes to display disabled staff accounts.
  3. Use the search function to locate the relevant staff member.

  1. Open the staff member's record and click Edit.
  2. In the Security Details section, locate the Enabled toggle and switch it from No back to Yes.
  3. Click Save to apply the changes.
