How do I remove an end date from a tenancy in agentOS?

To remove an end date, open the tenancy, go to Tenancies in the left-hand ladder, click Actions against the tenancy, and select Clear End Date. If a pop-up appears blocking this, you will first need to rescind the active end notice.

Removing an end date from a tenancy returns it to a periodic (rolling) status in agentOS. This can only be done on tenancies that are still active — that is, at the signed stage. It cannot be actioned on a tenancy that has already ended.

Step 1: Open the property and navigate to Tenancies

Use the quick search bar to find the property, then click Tenancies in the left-hand navigation ladder to view the tenancies list.

Step 2: Clear the end date

Click the Actions button on the right-hand side of the relevant tenancy row and select Clear End Date.

Step 3: If a pop-up prevents the action

If a pop-up appears stating that the end date cannot be cleared, this is because there is an active end notice on the tenancy. You will need to rescind that notice first before the end date can be removed.

To do this, refer to the How do I rescind a notice on a tenancy in agentOS? guide, then return and repeat Step 2.
