How do I produce a Memorandum of Sale in agentOS?

Once an offer has been accepted, you can produce the Memorandum of Sale documents from the accepted offer record in agentOS, via the Saved Documents section.

Once you have received and accepted an offer, you can generate the Memorandum of Sale documents directly from within agentOS.

Step 1: Navigate to the Accepted Offer

  1. Open the relevant Sales Instruction
  2. In the left-hand navigation panel, locate Offers under the Sales Progression section
  3. Click on Offers to view the list
  4. Click on the accepted offer to open it in a new tab

Step 2: Access the Saved Documents Section

Once the offer record is open, locate the Saved Documents section in the left-hand navigation panel of that record.

Step 3: Locate the Memorandum of Sale Templates

Scroll to the bottom of the Saved Documents page. You will see the Print & Post Document Templates section, which contains the following documents:

  • Acceptance of offer letter to buyer
  • Confirmation of offer letter to the seller
  • Sales Memorandum to Buyers solicitor
  • Sales Memorandum to Sellers solicitor

Step 4: Generate and Send the Documents

Click the orange Actions button to the right of the relevant document. The following options are available:

  • Open in Word — opens the document for review before sending
  • Generate & Store — generates the document and stores it on the record
  • Send to Postbag — sends the document directly to the postbag for authorisation
  • Print — sends directly to print
  • Archive — archives the document entry

You can open the document in Word to review it before sending, or send it straight to the postbag where it can be authorised.

Customising Memorandum of Sale Documents
