How do I print or email a receipt in agentOS?
Once a payment has been taken, receipts can be printed or emailed from the person's record via Actions > Print Receipts or Actions > Email Receipts.
Once a payment has been recorded against a person's account, you can generate a receipt for that payment directly from their profile.
Printing a receipt
- Search for the relevant person by name using the quick search bar
- Open their record from the search results
- Click Actions in the top right corner
- Select Print Receipts
- The Print Receipts panel will open, showing the receipts available for that person along with the balance and the payment details
- Select the payment you wish to receipt
- Click Print Receipts to confirm and print
Emailing a receipt
- Search for the relevant person by name using the quick search bar
- Open their record from the search results
- Click Actions in the top right corner
- Select Email Receipts
- Select the payment you wish to receipt and confirm to send
