How do I print or email a receipt in agentOS?

Once a payment has been taken, receipts can be printed or emailed from the person's record via Actions > Print Receipts or Actions > Email Receipts.

Once a payment has been recorded against a person's account, you can generate a receipt for that payment directly from their profile.

Printing a receipt

  1. Search for the relevant person by name using the quick search bar
  2. Open their record from the search results
  3. Click Actions in the top right corner
  4. Select Print Receipts
  5. The Print Receipts panel will open, showing the receipts available for that person along with the balance and the payment details
  6. Select the payment you wish to receipt
  7. Click Print Receipts to confirm and print

Emailing a receipt

  1. Search for the relevant person by name using the quick search bar
  2. Open their record from the search results
  3. Click Actions in the top right corner
  4. Select Email Receipts
  5. Select the payment you wish to receipt and confirm to send
