How do I print a sales brochure or window display card in agentOS?

Printing a Sales Brochure

To print a brochure for a sales property:

1. Open the relevant Sales Instruction
2. Click Actions in the top right-hand corner
3. Select Print Brochure from the Office section of the menu

This will generate the property brochure for that instruction.

Note: If you have opted for customised documents, you may find both the Brochure and Window Card available under the Sales Instruction's Saved Documents section instead (see below).

Producing a Window Display Card

Window display cards must first be created for you by the Documentation team and uploaded to Office > Custom Document Templates. Once this has been done:

1. Open the relevant Sales Instruction
2. In the left-hand navigation panel, click Saved Documents (listed under Sales Instruction)
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page — you will see the Print & Post Document Templates section
4. Locate the Window Card entry in the list
5. Click the orange Actions button to the right of it

From the Actions menu, you can:

• Generate & Store — generates the document and saves it to the record
• Open in Word — opens the document for review or editing
• Print — sends directly to print
• Download Tag List Help — provides guidance on available merge tags
