How do I get started with e-signature services in agentOS?

Contact the Onboarding Team at onboarding@agentos.com if you're a new client, or the Support Team at support@agentos.com if you're an existing client—and consider your document preparation needs early.

Getting started with e-signature services in agentOS is straightforward, and the right team will guide you through the setup process based on your status:

For new agentOS clients:

If you're currently going through the onboarding process or haven't yet started using agentOS, contact the Onboarding Team at onboarding@agentos.com. They'll help you choose the right e-signature option for your needs and configure everything as part of your initial setup.

Important: Have a think about which documents you'll need for e-signatures before onboarding begins. Documents require specific tags to work with e-signatures, and preparing these during onboarding can save costs compared to adding them later. See our article on document preparation requirements for more details.

For existing agentOS clients:

If you're already using agentOS and want to add e-signature functionality, contact the Support Team at support@agentos.com as soon as possible. They'll assist with setting up either the built-in Signable service or integrating your existing Signable or DocuSign account.

Note: Adding e-signature functionality to existing documents will likely involve professional services costs. The earlier you contact us, the better we can help you understand your options and minimise additional charges.

What to expect:

The team will discuss your requirements and help you choose between the pay-as-you-go option (£1.20 + VAT per envelope) or the monthly subscription option (£22.50 + VAT for external account integration). They'll handle the technical setup, advise on document preparation, and provide guidance on how to start sending documents for signature.

Once configured, you'll be able to send documents for e-signature directly from relevant records in agentOS, track their progress, and have signed documents automatically stored in the right place.
