How do I find which tenants have overdue rent?
Go to Accounts > Rent Chase to see all tenants with outstanding rent, and sort by "Debt Days" to see how long rent has been overdue.
The agentOS Rent Chase feature provides a complete view of all tenants with outstanding rent payments.
To access the rent chase list:
- Navigate to Accounts in the main menu
- Select "Rent Chase"
- You'll see a list of all tenants with outstanding rent payments
Understanding the Debt Days column:
The Rent Chase list includes a "Debt Days" column that shows how long each tenant's rent has been overdue. You can sort this column from oldest to newest (or vice versa) by clicking on the column header.
What information is displayed:
The Rent Chase list typically shows:
- Tenant names
- Property addresses
- Outstanding rent amounts
- Debt Days (how long the rent has been overdue)
