How do I download AML check reports in agentOS and Calmony?
Step-by-step guide to downloading completed AML check reports through the AML Dashboard in agentOS or from payee records in Calmony, including what to do for Submitted, Approved, or Declined status checks.
This guide contains the steps to download an AML check result for both agentOS accounts and Calmony accounts.
AgentOS
Once an AML check has been completed by your client, you'll be able to download and view a copy of the completed report for that check.
Accessing the AML Dashboard:
Navigate to Office > AML, R2R & ID Checks
This is your AML Dashboard, where you can see all of your current AML checks, statuses, and outcomes.
Downloading an AML Report:
To download and view any AML check report from this list, use the corresponding Actions button to the right of the check's entry > Download Report.
Note: This option will only work when a check has either a Submitted, Approved, or Declined status.
What's in the Report:
The downloaded PDF includes:
• Supporting documentation/evidence used by your client
• Result of the check including a breakdown for each selected part of the AML check
• Conclusion of the check from Credas
Checks Requiring Review:
In some instances, agentOS may request that you review a report for checks with a Submitted status. This is done when we are unable to make a decision on an AML check or some of the information contained within. At this stage, we need you to make a decision to approve or decline the check based on any additional information you have or gather regarding the client.
AgentOS staff will then update the status of the check to Approved or Declined based on your decision. To request this, please contact support@agentos.com.
