How do I disable or re-enable a staff member?

  1. Disabling a Staff Member

    1. Select the user icon in the top right-hand corner and choose Settings from the drop-down menu.
    2. In Settings, select the Staff icon to open the staff list.
    3. Find and select the staff member you wish to disable, then open their profile.
    4. Select Edit in the top right-hand corner of their profile, then toggle the Enabled switch to "NO".

    Re-enabling a Staff Member

    1. Follow steps 1–2 above to reach the staff list.
    2. Toggle the Show Disabled switch on the staff list — this will display all staff members who have ever been added to your company profile.
    3. Find and open the disabled staff member's profile.
    4. Select Edit in the top right-hand corner, then toggle the enabled switch back to "YES".
