How do I close my Calmony account?

Confirming the closure of the account and the internal process that Calmony will follow.

To request the closure of a Calmony account, please follow this process:
  1. Only the original account holder who opened the account can make the request to close the account.
  2. Email support@calmony.co with your name, account name, account number and sort code you wish to close and the date of closure.
  3. Prior to that date of closure please ensure that there are no funds held in that account as we'll be unable to close the account.

Can't close your considerations. 

Once the account is closed it will be unable to receive any funds. Any funds paid to that account will be returned to sender. 

Terms and conditions consideration. 

Please be aware that you may request to close an account at any time but the minimum terms of 12 months will still apply. 

 

Internal for Calmony: Closing Calmony Accounts:

  1. Go to the account, select actions, then 'close and archive account'. 
  2. For Modulr accounts (sort code 040072)
  3. Email support@modulrfinance.com to request account closure. 
  4. For Griffin accounts (sort code 043614)
  5. Go to the account, select actions, then 'close and archive account'. 
  6. Email glyn@agentos.com to request account closure, provide the account name, account number, number and sort code.  Also include the Griffin client ID.
