How do I chase multiple tenants at once?
Use the tick boxes to select multiple tenants in the Rent Chase list, then choose "Bulk Chase" to send communications to them all at once.
agentOS includes a Bulk Chase feature that allows you to send rent chase communications to multiple tenants simultaneously, saving time when managing arrears across your portfolio.
How to use Bulk Chase:
- Navigate to Accounts > Rent Chase
- Use the tick boxes to select multiple tenants from the list
- Choose "Bulk Chase" from the available options
- Select your method: SMS or email
- The system will send chase communications to all selected tenants at once
Benefits of bulk chasing:
The Bulk Chase feature is particularly useful when you need to send similar communications to multiple tenants with outstanding rent, allowing you to complete the task in a single action rather than processing each tenant individually.
Selecting tenants for bulk chase:
You can select any combination of tenants from the Rent Chase list using the tick boxes. The system will process all selected tenants when you execute the bulk chase action.
