How do I cancel or stop an Auto Transfer in agentOS?

To stop an Auto Transfer, open the transfer record and set both the Next Transfer date and the Last Possible Transfer date to a date in the past. This prevents any further transfers from being triggered.

agentOS does not have a dedicated "cancel" button for Auto Transfers. Instead, you stop an Auto Transfer by editing the transfer record and back-dating the transfer schedule.

To cancel an Auto Transfer:

  1. Navigate to the person profile of the person the Auto Transfer is set up under.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Auto Transfers.
  3. Open the relevant Auto Transfer record.
  4. Set the Next Transfer date to a date in the past.
  5. Set the Last Possible Transfer date to a date in the past.
  6. Click Save.

Setting both dates to the past ensures that no further transfers can be triggered by the system.
