How do I advertise a sales property in agentOS?
Once you have completed the required property details across the relevant tabs in agentOS, you can advertise a sales property to your portals using the Actions menu on the Sales Instruction.
Before you can advertise a sales property, you will need to ensure the relevant information has been entered against the property. To do this, open the Sales Instruction and click Edit in the top right-hand corner.
You will see a series of tabs across the top of the record. The first three tabs — Property Details, Appraisal, and EPC — will typically have been completed during your Market Appraisal. The remaining tabs should be completed before advertising:
Composition One and Two — Enter the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and other room counts.
Marketing — Add your property summary and description. There is also a field here for a video URL.
Sale Details — Enter the advertised price, tenure details, and any possible rental income information.
New Homes — Use this tab to record information if the property is a new build, including which phase it falls under and the estimated time of completion.
Sale Progress — Enter the key dates relating to the progression of the sale.
Viewing Arrangements — Record the details of any viewings.
Adding Rooms, Photos, and Features
Before advertising, you should also add rooms, photos, and features to the property. These can be accessed from the left-hand navigation panel within the Sales Instruction, under the Property section.
Advertising the Property
Once all relevant details have been completed, you can send the listing to your portals:
- Open the Sales Instruction
- Click Actions in the top right-hand corner
- Select Advertise from the Sales section of the menu
This will push your sales property through to your connected portals.
Printing the Property Brochure
The same Actions menu also gives you the option to Print Brochure, allowing you to produce a printed brochure for the property.
