How do I add, hide, and rename fields in agentOS?
You can customise the fields displayed on your agentOS records — hiding system fields you don't use, renaming existing ones, and creating new fields to capture the information that matters to your agency.
agentOS gives you complete control over the fields that appear on your records. You can add, remove, edit, and reposition different types of fields so that your records store exactly the information you need, in exactly the format you choose.
