How do I add EPC details to a property certificate in agentOS?
EPC values are entered via the Edit screen of the Gas Safety Certificate record on the property. Once saved, agentOS uses this data to automatically generate the EPC graph for your portal feeds and property brochures.
When you add EPC data to a certificate record in agentOS, the system automatically generates the EPC rating graph that appears on your portal listings and property brochures. You do not need to upload a separate graph image — agentOS produces this from the values you enter.
Note: The EPC graph is not visible within agentOS itself, but it will display correctly on your portal feeds and brochures.
Adding EPC details
- Search for the property by address using the search bar, or navigate to it directly.
- Open the property record.
- In the left-hand ladder, click Certificates.
- Find the relevant certificate in the list (typically the Gas Safety Certificate, which contains the EPC tab).
- Click Edit on the right-hand side of that certificate.
- Navigate to the EPC tab.
- Enter the following values:
- EPC Current EER — current energy efficiency rating
- EPC Potential EER — potential energy efficiency rating
- EPC Current EI — current environmental impact rating
- EPC Potential EI — potential environmental impact rating
- EPC Report ID — the unique reference number for the EPC report
- Click Save to apply the changes.
The EPC graph will now be generated and included automatically wherever certificates and portal data are displayed.
Importing an EPC
As an alternative to entering EPC values manually, you can import EPC data directly using the Import EPC option. This is available via the Actions menu next to the certificate in the Certificates section of the property record.
