How do I add a new tenancy agreement type in agentOS?
Go to the person icon in the top right corner > Object Types > Tenancy Agreement Types, then add the new type by name.
Tenancy agreement types are used to control which documents are available for different types of tenancy. For example, you might create a type called "Company Let" to manage a specific set of documents for that agreement type.
Step 1: Open Object Types
Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. From the drop-down menu, select Object Types.
Step 2: Navigate to Tenancy Agreement Types
Under the Lettings column, select Tenancy Agreement Types.
Step 3: Add the new type
In the Name field, type the name of the new tenancy agreement type (for example, "Company Let").
If you want to restrict this type to a particular region, use the Restrict to Region drop-down on the right-hand side — otherwise leave it blank.
Click Add to save.
The new tenancy agreement type is now available for use when setting up document templates.
