How do I add a branded logo to the Credas AML check app in agentOS?

To add your branded logo to the Credas AML check app, upload the logo via Settings > Email Signature Images, copy the generated image URL, and paste it into the Credas Logo field under Settings > Company Settings > Edit > App Settings.

When your clients (such as tenants or landlords) complete an AML identity check through the Credas app, you can display your agency's branded logo within the app for a more professional, on-brand experience.

Step 1: Upload your logo

  1. Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner of agentOS and select Settings.
  2. In the Settings area, go to Email Signature Images.
  3. Click Upload Signature Image and use the Select Files... button to locate and upload your logo image.
  4. Once uploaded, the system will generate an image URL for the file.

Step 2: Copy the image URL

In the Email Signature Images list, locate the file you have just uploaded. Copy the full Image URL shown next to the filename.

Step 3: Add the URL to App Settings (agentOS staff only)

Company Settings can only be amended by agentOS staff. If you are a client, send the image URL to support@agentos.com and the team will complete this step for you.

For agentOS staff, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the person icon and select Settings.
  2. Navigate to Company Settings and click Edit.
  3. Go to the App Settings tab.
  4. Locate the Credas Logo field and paste the image URL into it.
  5. Click Save.

Once saved, the logo will appear within the Credas app whenever one of the client's contacts begins an AML check. If the company requires a different logo for each branch, this can also be configured at branch level.
