How do I access my agentOS or Calmony invoices, statements, and Direct Debit setup?
Click the person icon in the top right of your agentOS or Calmony account and select the relevant option from the Financial section of the menu.
agentOS clients
To access your invoices, statements, or Direct Debit setup:
- Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner of your agentOS account.
- Under the Financial section of the dropdown menu, select one of the following:
- Your agentOS Invoices — view a history of your monthly invoices
- Your agentOS Statement — view your account statement
- Set up your Direct Debit — go to the Direct Debit setup page
Calmony clients
- Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner of your Calmony account.
- Under the Financial section of the dropdown menu, select one of the following:
- Your Calmony Invoices — view a history of your monthly invoices
- Your Calmony Statement — view your account statement
Viewing invoice details
Once you have opened the invoices screen, you will see a list of your historical billing months. Click on any invoice to view a full breakdown of that month's charges.
Downloading a PDF copy of an invoice
To download a PDF copy of an invoice:
- Locate the invoice in the list.
- Click the Actions button to the right of that invoice.
- Select Download PDF.
Setting up your Direct Debit (agentOS clients)
Selecting Set up your Direct Debit from the person icon menu will take you directly to the Direct Debit setup page, where you can complete the Direct Debit Application form. If you have any questions about completing the form, contact finance@agentos.com.
