Does agentOS have a Contra function?
agentOS does not have a dedicated Contra button, but every action on the system has a corresponding reversal. Use the appropriate reversal action rather than trying to contra an entry manually.
In agentOS, there is no need for a separate Contra function because every action has a built-in reversal. Rather than manually contraing an entry, you simply apply the opposite action.
Common examples
| Original action | Reversal to use |

| A charge has been applied | Apply a Refund |
| A refund has been applied | Apply a Charge |
| Rent has been paid to a landlord in error | Apply a Manual Rent Refund — this returns the money to the tenant |
| A payment group has been created via Make/Take a Payment and has not yet been linked to a statement entry | Delete the payment group from All Payment Groups, or take the payment again |
All of these reversals are available from the relevant person's record via the Actions menu.
