AgentOS approval Limits
Sets out who can approve financial commitments for agentOS
Effective 1 January 2026, all financial commitments require written approval before signing.
agentOS Approval Limits (USD, ex. tax):

Contract value = total commitment across all years.
Splitting contracts to avoid limits is strictly prohibited.
Approval above these limits escalates to Andy Nelson ($2m) or higher.
No one within agentOS may commit to any supplier agreement without email approval from Alex Barton or Glyn Trott respectively.
Sales bookings under £8,000 are excluded.
