What is the agentOS API and what can it do?
The agentOS API provides programmatic access to property management, lettings, and estate agency data, enabling developers and integrators to build custom tools, websites, and third-party connections.
The agentOS API allows external systems, websites, and integrations to interact with agentOS data in a structured, automated way. Whether you're building a property listing website, a lead capture form, a maintenance integration, or a custom reporting tool, the API provides the endpoints you need.
Available API tiers
The API is organised into two generations of tiers:
V4 — Current APIs (recommended for all new integrations)
- Advertising — Property listings and company information
- Applications — Tenancy application processing and lead management
- Appointments — Calendar and diary management
- Concierge — Customer service and utility switching workflows
- Contacts — Contact management with GDPR compliance
- Deposits — Deposit management and tracking
- Documents — Document upload and retrieval
- Inspections — Property inspection management
- Maintenance — Job creation and tracking
- Notes — Note management across system objects
- Property Management — Media management and lead generation
- Referencing — Pre-tenancy referencing workflows
- Reporting — Business intelligence and analytics
- Valuations — Property valuation workflows
V3 — Legacy APIs (maintained for existing integrations only)
- Diary — Appointment and calendar management
- Maintenance — Maintenance job management
- Sales — Sales instruction and offer management
- System Events — Event processing and external system integration
New integrations should always use V4 APIs. V3 APIs remain functional but will not receive new features or significant updates.
